of 16 / 17 year old planted pines which consists of a substantial
volume of wood products for a total board feet of 2,800,000
in pine and hardwood saw-timber and 38,000 tons of pulpwood
products.
Stephen's
Grove Tract totals 581 acres with 116 acres of planted pines
that support 10,000 board feet per acre and ready for thinning.
You will find 150 acres of beautiful hardwood drains, creeksand
springs with the balance in 17 year old planted pines un-thinned.
It also has a hunting lodge with all the amenities.
The Anderson
Mill tract consists of 76 breathtaking acres of pristine hardwoods
teaming with dogwoods, mature white and red oaks, hickory, poplar
and gum. Two major creeks feed into the site of the Historical
Anderson Grist Mill Ruins. It is also home to the Dam that still
stands today and the Mill Races that fed water to the Mill.
The Heard's
fort Tract consists of 117 total acres that support 16 year
old upland planted pines that are un thinned. This tract is
likely the site of Heard's Fort a Early Capital of Georgia in
1780 and 1781.
